Celebration at Sea... Win it for FREE
May 9 - 16 along the Mexican Riviera

Your celebration begins in Los Angeles, where you'll travel the length of the sunny Baja Peninsula stopping at Cabo San Lucas at the tip of the Baja then across the Sea of Cortez to Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta.

**

You'll experience all the delights of a cruise -- gourmet food, games and contests, world-class entertainment, and morning JD Premium events and celebrations leaving your evenings free for cruise events, group celebrations, entertainment, and partying.

At ports you'll love sight seeing, shopping, and off-shore excursions for snorkeling, scuba diving, world-famous deep-sea fishing, surfing, and boating excursions to the famous Cabo arch and beyond. Imagine sailing past white stucco mansions perched along cliffs overlooking the Gulf of California. Imagine rainbow colored fish circling you as you snorkel in a magical underwater wonderland. There's golf at scenic, world-famous courses along the coast, parasailing in the Sea of Cortez, and off-road excursions into the Mexican desert and forest canopy. Our celebration couldn't be held at a more perfect season. Your Celebration/cruise purchase is as low as $695 to cover all expenses (see Registration Chart below).

How to qualify for a FREE cruise for two
The contest lasts 6 months from October 1 to March 31.

All current point rules apply. You can earn your cruise by earning points. We call these points "Cruise Dollars." Points or cruise dollars are given for three activities: (1) sponsoring new Preferred Customers (PCs), (2) Converting PCs to IBOs, and (3) promoting personally sponsored IBOs to Director.

Here's how the points work. You must have a minimum of 200 points before you can start to accumulate Cruise Dollars.

How to Earn Your Cruises and Travel FREE
Points Can I earn a portion of the fee? Is it pro-rated? Can I use points earned prior to October 1?
375 points for your First Stateroom Yes (see chart below) No
375 points for your Second Stateroom Yes (see chart below) Yes, up to 200 points.
375 points for your first $300 travel reimbursement No. You must earn all 375 points to get the $300. Yes, up to 200 points.
375 points for your second $300 travel reimbursement No. You must earn all 375 points to get the $300.

If you've only earned 210 Cruise Dollars, that will equal $283.50 toward your first stateroom... it's pro-rated. When you have earned 375 points, you will have earned your own all-expense-paid cruise for one (Inside Stateroom Price).

Then you can either start earning your travel expenses or a stateroom for a companion. Your companion's stateroom accumulates Cruise Dollar points just like yours did. You will also need a total of 375 points to pay for the second stateroom. These 200 points from the past can only be applied to the second stateroom or to travel reimbursement, not both.

Another 375 points will earn travel for yourself, but travel is not pro-rated. You will need a total of 375 points in order to earn a total travel reimbursement of $300. Another 375 points will earn an additional $300 travel reimbursement for your companion.

You will need to pre-register with a deposit for your cruise. When you earn your entire cruise, we will pay for your cabin and your pre-registration deposit will be returned to you on the cruise.

BONUS POINTS! Once you have earned your first 375 points, you can go back in time and add in up to 200 points you may have earned prior to October 1, 2009. When you earn a grand total of 1500 points, two of you can sail on a week-long Mexican Riviera cruise absolutely free...unless, of course, you do some shopping and take some exotic excursions. But the money you'll be making by earning those 1500 points will make those decisions easy. Imagine the business you will have built and the residual income you'll be making with those 1500 points.

Are you excited yet?...

"We saw what JD Premium can do for training, motivation, celebration, and fun when we attended the Salmon River Lodge Retreat," said Jared Anderson. "Believe me, you'll want all your team members on this cruise. It will anchor their belief and connect them with the owners and management team."

"My team is spread out all over the country," said Dave Halgren. "I need to get all of us together on this cruise so we can bond. This is a relationship business, and even though I call them constantly, they need to bond with each other. I've seen it work before. After an event like this, your business can truly explode. The more of your team that attends, the bigger the explosion. They'll get back every penny they spend and a lot more in increased business."

"You won't believe the fun we're planning as a team," said Tia Smith. "We have become best friends by getting together only occasionally. On the cruise, that bonding will be phenomenal. That way we'll start working together, helping each other more, celebrating more; and our business will grow exponentially. A cruise is a perfect for fun, goal setting, and planning for the next wave of growth."

"What I love about events like this is how independent it makes my team members," said Sonja Martinez. "They develop their own unshakable belief in the company and the products and become leaders in their own right. It reduces their training time by 100%. It's going to be so motivating and so much fun. I can't wait."

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

After selecting your stateroom category and completing your request, you will be unable to submit your request until you have read understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined when clicking on the last box. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and/or the Department of Homeland Security. This box below must be checked in order to move forward.

BEFORE YOU BOOK!

Reviewing the following very important points is necessary to ensure the enjoyment of your cruise experience. You will be unable to continue until you have done so.

1. DOCUMENTATION FOR BOTH U.S. AND NON - U.S. CITIZENS

It is the responsibility of all Non – U.S. Citizens to check with their consulate to determine what documentation is required for them to cruise on the itinerary in question. Because these requirements vary by Country and can change at any time, neither we nor the cruise line will assume any responsibility for advising passengers what is required for foreign nationals. Requirements for U.S. Citizens will also change. We will do our best to assist, but cannot be held responsible for passengers who are denied boarding because they are unable to provide the required documentation at the port of embarkation. We often work with www.passports.com 1-800-860-8610, but are not endorsing them. We recommend that any and all participants are made aware that they alone are responsible for having the proper identification. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has mandated that cruise lines must transmit their departure manifests no later than 60 minutes prior to departure from the U.S. To comply, passenger information must be processes at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time. Therefore, passengers must provide complete and accurate immigration details in advance of the embarkation date. This can be done online up to six days prior to sailing. The e-ticket boarding pass will serve as a receipt at check-in. Passenger who have not provided the required details in advance MUST be checked-in no later than 90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time or they will be denied boarding.

2. PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
Participant(s) are required to abide by the US State Department and Department of Homeland Security regulations regarding proof of citizenship. Effective June 1, 2009, all individuals traveling by sea to the Bahamas and/or the Caribbean and/or Mexico may be required to have a valid passport. Everyone (from new babies and up) will be required to have a passport when leaving and returning to the U.S. The proposed passport regulations might later set a minimum age. The U.S. Government will set a date at least 60 days prior to the date; however, because of processing time, we encourage all passengers to apply at least three months prior to departure. A lack of the proper identification will lead to denied entry to the cruise ship, and no refunds will be made.

The United States government has mandated that all passengers should pre-register for their cruise by logging on to the cruise line’s website AT LEAST 3 days prior to departure. For those guests that do not pre-register online, they MUST check in at the pier on embarkation day AT LEAST two hours prior to departure. Guests that do not check in with the proper proof of identification using the above guidelines will not be permitted to cruise; no exceptions will be made.

3. MEDICAL POLICIES & AGE RESTRICTIONS REGARDING CRUISING
Guests with medical impairments that require the use of dialysis or oxygen should contact us to discuss policies and procedures for bringing the appropriate equipment onboard. For expecting mothers, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line requires a “Fit to Travel” certificate from the woman’s doctor in order to board the ship. Royal Caribbean Cruise Line’s specific policies regarding pregnancy and age restrictions are as follows:

A. Minors - Any Guest under the age of 18 shall be considered a minor and must travel with a parent or Legal Guardian or such other person as may be permitted by Carrier’s policies. No Guest under the age of 21 will consume any alcoholic beverages while on board the Vessel or Transport except as may be permitted by Carrier’s policy. No Guest under the age of twenty-one (21) will be booked in a stateroom unless accompanied by an adult twenty one (21) years of age or older, except for minors sailing with their parents or guardians in adjacent staterooms, or for under-aged married couples (proof of marriage is required). Carrier reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and Passenger’s age on the date of sailing determines his or her status for the entire cruise vacation.

B. Pregnancy and Infants - Any Passenger who will enter the 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise, agrees not to book the cruise or board the Vessel or Transport under any circumstances. No infants under a specific age (at least six (6) months for most cruises but twelve (12) months for other cruises) shall be booked on a cruise, nor brought onboard the Vessel or Transport by any Passenger under any circumstances.

NMDA and Helms Briscoe Inc. cannot be held responsible for passengers who may be denied boarding by the cruise line because they failed to comply with the specified cruise line’s requirements related to pregnancy and minimum age. If you have another type of medical condition that has not been mentioned, please inquire about policies and procedures that may affect your cruise.
